Products ordered from the website can be returned within a timeframe of five (5) business days from the delivery date to your specified address.

Notification of your return request must reach Open Digital Gallery within these five business days, either through WhatsApp or by emailing info@opendigitalgallery.com. Upon receipt of your return request, an information message will be sent to you within 24 hours. It's crucial to notify Open Digital Gallery before sending back any products, as returns without prior notification will not be accepted under any circumstances.

In cases of damage or error in the received product, Open Digital Gallery may request you to send a digital image of the package and the damage via email or WhatsApp. For defective products, including printing errors, wrong printing, tears, etc., the shipping cost to and from www.opendigitalgallery.com is covered. However, for all other return requests, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

It's important to note that Open Digital Gallery does not accept packages sent with cash on delivery. When receiving your order, thoroughly inspect the package before accepting the product from the courier. If there is any indication of wetness, tearing, denting, or impact on the package, it is advised not to accept the product.

In the event of a return, the new product, if applicable, is dispatched to the customer within three (3) business days after the returned product reaches Open Digital Gallery. Once the product is delivered, the shipping company is considered to have fulfilled its duty.

Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging. Products that have lost their marketability, indicating they are in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer, will not be accepted for return. For frames, it's emphasized that the protective film on the acrylic glass must not be removed.
