DELIVERY TERMS

The delivery time will depend on the availability of the product, the address specified during the order, the payment method chosen by the User, and the approval of the payment. The delivery process of the ordered product begins after the payment approval. The approval period varies according to the payment method. The User is responsible for the accuracy of personal information such as name, surname, and delivery address entered during the order to ensure the correct delivery of purchased products.

OPEN DIGITAL GALLERY is not responsible for damages (such as delayed or incorrect delivery, etc.) arising from incorrect personal information. The User is responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to such damages. OPEN DIGITAL GALLERY reserves the right not to deliver products until these expenses are paid. The User must take delivery of the ordered product. Otherwise, all damages and expenses arising from such a situation will be borne by the User.

In case of any defect, shortage, or other complaint in the delivered products, this situation must be notified to us within seven (7) business days from the delivery date with documentation. Otherwise, all User rights regarding these products will be extinguished. In the event of non-delivery or delay in delivery due to any event beyond the control of OPEN DIGITAL GALLERY, the User has no right to any compensation.

CURRENCY

The prices specified on the website are in Turkish Lira or American USD and include VAT. The User can access their Personal Account with a username and a password of their choice. In case of forgetting the username or password, a new password can be created by clicking on the relevant link, and an email with the content of creating a new password will be sent to the registered email address in the OPEN DIGITAL GALLERY system.

The User is responsible for the accuracy of personal information. The User is responsible for all damages that OPEN DIGITAL GALLERY may incur due to inaccurate information.
