Is the color of the poster print the same as the colors I see on my monitor?
The colors of our prints are identical to those displayed on our website. To view colors accurately on your monitor, we recommend calibrating your monitor's color settings correctly. Additionally, consider that the surface of the paper we use does not have the same brightness as your monitor.
Are frames included with the posters?
No, frames are not included with the posters. You can add the frame separately to your cart on the product pages, or you can purchase frames from the "Frames" section on our website.
What is the paper quality of your posters?
All our prints are made on 300gsm matte coated paper. The print details and high color accuracy ensure the quality of the product at a glance.

Orders are specially produced for you. The processing time to be shipped is 1-3 days. After this period, the delivery time to your address, depending on the courier company's workload and the location of the delivery address, is usually 5-7 days. How will I know when my order is shipped?

We use Aras Kargo for orders within Turkey. Orders from other countries are shipped via Navlungo.

What should I do if I wasn't at the delivery address when the shipment arrived?
If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest courier branch, and a notification note will be left for you. You can pick up your order from the nearest courier branch within 3 days with your order number. If you don't pick up your order within the specified period, it will be returned to opendigitalgallery.com.
How do you send the posters?
The posters you order are carefully packaged in our production center and sent in a special cylindrical box to ensure they reach you undamaged during transportation.
How do you send the frames?
Framed posters or individual frames you order are meticulously packaged in our production center. The packaging, designed in the form of a protective box, is specially produced to protect wooden frames. This way, the products reach you undamaged during transportation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
What is Open Digital Gallery's return policy?
All orders can be returned within 5 days from the day the order is delivered to you. The product must be unused within this period, except for trial purposes. To accept the return, the return shipment must be prepared using the original Open Digital Gallery packaging materials (box, bag, label, etc.), otherwise, the return will be rejected.
What should I do if my ordered item is damaged/missing/incorrectly sent?
If you encounter such a situation, contact us immediately via our WhatsApp line. After necessary inspections, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and you can be sure that we will not let any of our customers be dissatisfied under any circumstances.

If the shipping company damages the product during transport or loses the product, contact us as soon as possible via our WhatsApp line. A free replacement of the damaged product will be sent to you.
