opendigitalgallery is a free, browser-based gallery wall designer available at opendigitalgallery.com. By using the tool you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

You keep every right to the images you upload. We don't claim ownership over them, and we don't see them — they never leave your browser. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the images you upload.

When you generate a share link, the full design is encoded in the link itself. Anyone you send the link to can view the design. Treat share links the way you would treat any link you post or forward.

You agree not to use opendigitalgallery to:

• upload or share images you don't have the right to use;
• upload illegal content, including content that depicts minors;
• attempt to break, abuse, or interfere with the service or other people's use of it.

The tool is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise that it will be free of bugs, available without interruption, or fit for any particular purpose. Use it at your own discretion, especially when planning real purchases or installations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, opendigitalgallery and the people who maintain it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to use the tool, which is zero.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may discontinue the tool altogether. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice on the homepage before making large changes.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the tool after changes means you accept the updated terms.
